Mendip Stoves is a family business with our roots set firmly based in Somerset; we have been established since 2008 manufacturing quality wood and multi-fuel stoves. Our combined experience in the stove industry and knowledge of the European stove market enables us to manufacture exceptional appliances designed for the UK Market.

We are helping the Woodland Trust by promoting sustainable woodland fuel, and with every stove sold from our Mendip Stoves range the Woodland Trust recieves £10. With this donation we are helping the Woodland Trust safeguard the future of the ancient woodland here in the UK, plant trees and protect vital habitats for wildlife.

Churchill LS

The  Churchill 5 Eco-design Convection Logstore has a stylish curved door and now larger glass, the full convection design provides better heat distribution and also allows the stove to be placed closer to combustible walls. This aligned with quality components make this height stove a good choice for open plan siting. The Churchill 5 has an external air connection designed into the stove and the combustion is controlled through the Mendip stove Universal air control system.

Ashcott Pedestal

Nothing gives a welcome like the warm glow of a woodburning stove, the Ashcott Pedestal with its large ceramic glass window, is able to do just that. This is the latest stove design from Mendip Stoves and not only does it project a warming ambience into a room, it offers an engaging focal point to gather around. The sculptured cast iron door, convection top plate and cast iron legs make the Ashcott a versatile stove with a sturdy yet modern feel.

The Woodland

The Woodland stove was Best 5kW stove at both Hearth & Home and Build it awards in 2016. The Woodland is designed for burning wood efficiently and cleanly. Easy to use the Woodland stove has a multipurpose, three way  air  control  adjustment  system,  allowing  for  optimum combustion. The tertiary air also aids post combustion of the flue gases; so ultimately, your stove will burn cleanly, creating as much energy from your fuel as possible. Now fully compliant with Eco-Design Regulations for 2022.

Woodland Double Sided

The Woodland Double Sided Stove with all new combustion chamber can heat two rooms with ease.  The Woodland Double sided is fitted with a direct external air connection and is suitable for burning wood in a smoke control zone, this stove will suit most open plan areas providing a central focal point.

The Woodland comes as standard with classic cast iron doors, both doors open so the fire can be loaded from both sided. This is one of the first stove in the Mendip Stoves range which  utilises a catalyser to keep it burning efficiently and cleanly to comply with the Ecodesign Ready test specifications.

Willow

The Willow Wood-Burning Stove seamlessly blends modern design with exceptional performance, making it the perfect addition to any contemporary home. Ashcott Wide

The Ashcott Wide stove has a deeply contoured cast iron door, slim convection top plate and sculptured cast iron legs. The door has a magnetic mechanism for easier operation. The stoves compact design is a perfect blend of classic and contemporary styling. The super slimline  design enables the stove to be fitted in a tight enviroment. This is the latest stove design from Mendip Stoves and not only does it project a warming ambience into a room, it offers an engaging focal point to gather around.

The Ashcott Wide is a pleasure to use and with its milled, stainless steel air control lever it is easy to achieve an efficient burn, so you get the most out of your fuel. Complete with matching milled, stainless steel hinges and door handle, The compact design of the Ashcott is a perfect blend between classic and comtemporary styling and delivering a cozy 5kW of heat means it is well suited to most rooms. As an added bonus the Ashcott possesses a direct external air connection as standard.
